These Terms of Service govern the professional relationship between the patient and Nutrizionista Italia. By accessing our services, you engage in a contract built on scientific rigor, ethical transparency, and the Italian health regulatory framework.

1. Definizione del Servizio
Nutrizionista Italia provides specialized nutritionology consulting via secure digital platforms. Our services include initial metabolic assessments (Anamnesi Iniziale) and the development of personalized nutritional plans (Sviluppo del Piano). It is important to note that these consultations are based on biochemical data provided by the patient. We do not perform physical blood tests; recent laboratory results must be provided by the user to ensure medical accuracy.
2. Responsabilità Sanitaria
All nutritional advice aligns with the Italian Civil Code and peer-reviewed clinical guidelines. However, digital health services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Patients with pre-existing clinical conditions (e.g., Type 1 Diabetes, IBS) must provide a formal medical diagnosis from a GP before starting a clinical nutritional management path. The user assumes responsibility for the veracity of the medical history provided during the video consultation.
3. Politica di Rimborso e Cancellazione
Professional fees are due upon booking. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled digital session to be eligible for a full refund. As our dietary plans are highly personalized digital products created specifically for your biological profile, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once the scientific development phase has commenced.
